Initiate Your Request
Log into your HomeCEU account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Drop Off the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
